If you look at the FRST Additions log under FIREWALL RULES, you have given uTorrent full permission in and out of your computer, not safe, not nice. I found varied solutions on the internet, none of them helped a lot. I installed it, and it also did not open.

So, I decided to install Malware Bytes to check if there wasn't any malware. Then, the next time I fired up my computer, it did not open. The I rebooted my PC, and managed to open it. When I finished the installation, the app did not open. So, a few days ago I installed the Telegram desktop app for PC.
